Everyone talks.We produce.

Said & Done is an executive experience consultancy for enterprise B2B. We design and produce the rooms your biggest relationships depend on.

From executive dinners and VIP experiences to customer retreats, SKOs and Presidents Clubs, we bring strategy and production together: designing the experience and delivering it in the room with you.

The structural gap

Smart plans nobody executes. Beautiful events that don't move pipeline.

Your top accounts don't move on volume. They move on trust, built in real rooms.

Strategy shops

Hand off a plan.

Production shops

Run logistics only.

Stretched internal teams

Build it off the side of a desk.

Said & Done

All of it. In the room.

You bring the target accounts. We design the moment that matters to them, produce it end to end, and report what it did. The people who plan it are the people who run it.

Our capabilities

Boutique consultancy for the relationships that matter most.

Lead with one pillar or weave all four into a single program.

How we work

Scoped. Designed. Produced. Proven.

Four phases, one team the whole way through, so nothing gets lost in translation.

01
Strategy

Blueprint

We start from your goal and your guest list, then build the strategy: the moments that will matter and how we'll measure them.

02
Design

Design

The format, the guest experience and the run-of-show, built around the people in the room.

03
Execution

Produce

Venue, vendors, logistics and on-site hosting, handled by us in the field, so your team can focus on their accounts.

04
Impact

Measure

We report on what the program did, then use it to design the next one, better.

Experience measurement

Every experience reports back.

Most event partners hand you a photo gallery and an invoice. We hand you a scorecard, then use it to design the next one from evidence rather than memory.

About Said & Done

The founders do the work.

Said & Done is founded and run by two operators with twenty years of combined experience producing B2B events. You work directly with the founders from the first call through every event.

Kelsey Preston

Co-Founder · Strategy & Client Leadership

Kelsey builds the strategy behind the room.

Kelsey has spent fifteen years producing the rooms where enterprise relationships move: CXO experiences, bi-coastal product launches, stadium and concert suites, 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, customer and upsell events, roadshows and international programs. She has done it across B2B SaaS, enterprise AI, HR tech, health tech, ecommerce, hospitality and travel.

She decides which conversations actually matter, who belongs at the table, and how to make people feel like guests, not line items. Hospitality taught her the lesson she still designs around: people do business with people who make them feel something.

"The best executive experiences don't fill calendars. They create momentum."

Bella Ramirez

Co-Founder · Program Design & Execution

Bella designs what people remember.

Bella has run the programs companies use to align, reward and advise: Presidents Clubs, SKOs, company offsites and advisory board retreats, alongside CXO dinners, 1:few and 1:many ABM programs, international events and virtual experiences. Her work spans HR tech, B2B SaaS and enterprise AI.

Earlier roles in business development and revenue enablement gave her a seller's view of what a room has to deliver. Trained in theater, she brings a performer's sense of pacing and audience to every run-of-show.

"Thoughtful production isn't about being noticed. It's about knowing what deserves center stage."

You always know who's in the room. We cap concurrent programs deliberately, so the founders you meet are the founders on site. We bring in production, creative and venue partners we've each worked with directly.

The boundary

What's ours. What's yours.

Explicit in every engagement. Your relationships stay yours.

We own the experience, from strategy to the room.

Said & Done owns

  • Experience strategy & program design
  • Account or audience research, to curate the experience
  • Creative & format design
  • Invitation design, RSVP page & guest tracker
  • Venue, vendor & production management
  • Run-of-show & on-site hosting
  • Measurement & reporting, with a wrap recap for every program

The voice your guests hear, and the message in the room, is always yours.

Ways to work together

Custom packages, built to your program.

Three ways to start, each scoped to your program.

1

Strategy, pure and simple. You hand us account lists, past programs, and goals. We deliver your blueprint in four to six weeks, on call throughout. Yours to run with or without us.

Part of your Sprint fee is credited toward a retainer that follows it.

$15,000

Signature Experiences

Design and production for a specific moment: an executive dinner, a VIP experience, a customer retreat, an SKO or a Presidents Club. Scoped to your program, anywhere in the world.

From
$18,000
for a single evening · multi-day and flagship programs typically $40,000 to $100,000+

One fee. No markup. Ever.

Most engagements run $18,000 to $45,000. Multi-day and flagship programs typically run $40,000 to $100,000+. Strategy engagements begin at $15,000. Every quote is one fixed professional fee: our strategy, design, production management, hosting, and our team's travel. Program hard costs (catering, venues, entertainment, gifting, guest travel, event staffing) remain yours, billed directly to you or pre-funded.

Frequently asked questions

Questions & Answers

We usually run this internally. What would you actually add?

Often, nothing you couldn't do yourself with three months and someone senior to give it. What we add: nobody on your team works the event instead of being in it, the program is designed before it's booked, and it reports back, so next year starts from evidence. If that's not worth a fee to you, we'll say so on the first call.

You're two people. Can you handle a program at our scale?

Two founders with twenty years between them lead every engagement, and we bring in production, creative and venue partners we've each worked with directly. We cap concurrent programs on purpose: that cap is the product, not a limitation. Meet the founders → MSA, insurance, and COI are in place before anything is booked.

Will you talk to our accounts?

Your relationships stay yours. We design the invitation and run the RSVP page and guest tracker; your team sends every invitation and owns every conversation with your guests. We make the room worth walking into.

How is this different from an event agency?

An event agency executes a brief. We write the brief, produce it, and then report what it did against pipeline.

Can you work internationally?

Yes. We design and produce anywhere in the world, and both founders have run international programs. We bring in local partners we vet for each program.

How far ahead should we start?

Six weeks minimum for a dinner or roundtable, ten for a team offsite, and sixteen for a retreat, SKO or Presidents Club. Earlier is better for flagship programs and peak seasons. Tell us your date and we'll work back from it.
